Nokia Lumia 610 brings Windows Phone to the masses
Nokia took the stage at the Mobile World Congress to officially announce the Nokia Lumia 610. As reported earlier the Lumia 610 will feature the lowered system requirements for Windows Phone with 256 MB of RAM being the base point. The Lumia 610 will sport a 3.7-inch display with a resolution of 800×480 and will use a Qualcomm 800MHz processor and will include a 5-megapixel camera. The device will also have 8GB of onboard storage.
The Lumia 610 is expected to ship in Q2 of 2012 at Rs 12,438 (Euro 189). Besides this, the Lumia 610 will come preloaded with Nokia apps like Nokia Maps, Nokia Drive, Nokia Music and the newly launch Nokia Transport, which will provide schedules for subways and public transport from 500 cities in 46 countries.
The Lumia 610 will be available in four colors – White, Black, Magenta and Cyan.
